The Sea Lynn Guest House accept late arrivals, but we do request that if later than 11pm you please keep us informed of your ETA. Arrivals after Midnight will incur a late booking fee (please inquire for details) We regret to advise that no dogs are allowed at the Guest House. A deposit of £20 per person is required as proof of booking and is not refundable if seven days notice of cancellation is not received.The full cost of the first nights stay will be charged to the credit card details provided if less than 48hours notice of cancellation is given or if the booking is not taken up.  Children under 3 are free unless breakfast is taken and then a small charge will be made. Smoking is not allowed  anywhere inside The Sea Lynn . We reserve the right to charge for any damages to the property and extra cleaning costs caused by inappropriate behavior which includes odour from smoking.To comply with new non-smoking laws anyone suspected of smoking inside the premises will be asked to leave. The owners can not be held responsible for any valuables left in the rooms or any damage to vehicles left outside the premises.
