Cancellation Policy: The cost of the first nights stay is taken at booking stage and is not refundable if booking is later cancelled. In case of a ‘no-show’ the total cost of the reservation will be charged to the card details provided.

 

The Sea Lynn Guest House does not accept arrivals after 10pm to ensure we can offer a continued excellent service to all guests. We regret to advise that no dogs are allowed at the Guest House .Children under 3 are free unless breakfast is taken and then a small charge will be made. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside The Sea Lynn .We reserve the right to charge for any damages to the property and extra cleaning costs caused by inappropriate behaviour which includes odour from smoking. To comply with new non-smoking laws anyone suspected of smoking inside the premises will be asked to leave. The owners can not be held responsible for any valuables left in the rooms or any damage to vehicles left outside the premises.

Please note: Very sorry but all Male/Female stag & hen parties will not be accepted, please do not book in as you will be refused on arrival.
